Ordering bespoke wedding invitations
The minimum order quantity for custom invitations is 50 pieces.
We do not do reprinting, so please order spare invitations. From our experience, it is good to order 10 pieces more.
Bespoke invitations should ideally be ordered three months before the planned distribution.
Pricing 2025.
Basic set:
The cost for creating the graphic design and visualization of the main invitation card, along with inserts and envelope, is 1000 zł. the main invitation card, along with inserts and envelope - 1000 zł

Graphic design
An average cost of a main card with an envelope is PLN 30
Custom design price is not deducted from the production cost. Detailed quote is sent after the project is confirmed.
The produciton cost of multiple language versions is increased due to the need for a new die and machine setup.
We don't do designs like other studios, every design that comes out of our studio must match our minimalist aesthetic 100%.
For the production of custom invitations, we advise you to allocate a budget starting from PLN 3,000.
If the project is not finalized, the design costs are not reimbursed.

Production
Design process
After receiving the form from the client, we will arrange a meeting over coffee, either in person or virtually. During the conversation, we will discuss ideas, inspirations, and learn more about each other. This will enable us to estimate the production time and cost. We will also discuss typography, themes, and printing methods
To book our studio, please pay for the project in advance.

In the next stage, after about 2 weeks, you will receive a presentation of several preliminary proposals in different price options. If you have any comments and ideas of your own, this is the time for your creativity. We treat our clients as co-authors of stationery, so we try to make the whole process casual, entertaining and as simple as possible.
GRAPHIC DESIGN

When you are fully satisfied with the design we will start the production stage. What sets us apart from other studios is that we try to do everything ourselves on site. Traditional techniques require our full commitment, and the final product is a handicraft. If you have entrusted us to personalize or address your envelopes, we will ask you for a file of names and addresses.

After the final payment you will receive a carefully packed package. Shipping by courier and to a parcel machine is possible.

Useful information
ORDERING
Filling out the form does not imply the immediate conclusion of a contract. By completing the form, the customer is making an offer to purchase a specific product.
Orders with incorrectly entered contact information, which prevents contact, will not be processed.
We do not do additions, so it is a good idea to order about 10 more pieces.
We do not execute designs created by third parties.
GRAPHIC DESIGN AND FILE APPROVAL
We begin the graphic design stage after receiving an advance payment equal to the fee for the custom project.
Please review the texts very carefully; once the file(s) are approved, changes cannot be made. We are not liable for stylistic errors or typos—the client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the texts.
The deadline for the design process is calculated from the first full business day after the payment has been credited.
We begin production only after receiving clear approval of the graphic files and confirmation that the payment for the custom project has been credited
If the custom project is not submitted for production, the incurred project costs will not be reimbursed.
PRODUCTION
The stationery designed in our studio is handmade, so the lead time largely depends on the number and complexity of the requested changes.
Should you detect any errors in your prints, please notify us right away. Reprints for customer-related errors come with an additional fee. Payment for the redesign, reprint, and shipping must be settled in full before we start the new graphic work.
Reprints due to customer error will not be given priority.
SHIPPING
Goods are shipped via courier service. We are not responsible for the timeliness of the delivery by the courier company.
We pack our products with great care. If the shipment's packaging shows visible external damage, you should refuse to accept it.
withdrawal from contract and refunds
The customer has the right to cancel the contract, but the cost of the design process will not be refunded. If the customer cancels the order after paying the order fee (individual design fee), this fee will not be refunded.
According to the Law on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws 2014 item 827 article 38), personalized (engraved) products are not returnable, as their personalization prevents further sale.
COMPLAINTS
The customer must notify Belpapier of any complaints within 3 days of receiving the shipment.
Each piece may exhibit slight variations due to our artisanal finishing process. These differences are intentional and not grounds for complaint.
There may be slight color differences between the graphic file and the printout, which mainly depend on individual monitor settings, graphics card model, or OS color settings. This effect is not a defect and cannot be the subject of complaint.
