Returns
The Customer who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from the sale contract without stating a reason within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. The cost of shipping remains with the Customer.
Before returning the goods, contact us by email at studio@belpapier.com and fill out the return form, which should also be attached to the package.

NOTE: Personalized products are not returnable or exchangeable!
Cash on delivery parcels will not be accepted. Returns can only be sent by mail (courier or parcel locker). There is no option for personal pickup.
"The returned product must show no signs of use. Ensure the shipment is properly secured to prevent any damage during transit. If possible, please use the original box in which you received the order to send it back.
Exchange
To exchange your purchase for a different product, please follow the return procedure, then place and pay for a new order for the items you've chosen.
Complaints
The purchased product is eligible for a claim if a defect or damage is found that was not identified during our packaging process. If you discover a defect, please email studio@belpapier.com with a photo and a detailed description of the issue. The complaint will be handled within 14 days.
